Gabby at the front desk was absolutely exceptional! Her depth of knowledge, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression throughout our entire stay. She consistently delivered top-tier customer service with warmth and efficiency. Her friendly demeanor, radiant smile, and pleasant attitude created such a welcoming atmosphere she was truly a joy to interact with. Gabby went above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful for the positive experience she helped provide.

Review for Courtyard by Marriott Checked in around 9 PM and was unnecessarily asked for my phone number. I don’t like giving out personal info when it’s not needed, especially since my Marriott account already has one on file. The reasoning was “what if we need to contact you?”—I’m literally staying in the room, call the room phone. I’m a Lifetime Gold and 9-year Platinum member and have never been asked this before. Hotel issues: 1. The 3rd-floor hallway flooring is very odd—uneven and a clear trip hazard. Dragging luggage over it was difficult and felt cheap. 2. Water pressure in the shower is ridiculously strong with no way to adjust it. The showerhead feels cheap and unusable for kids. We had a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old who were about to cry because of it, but we had just come from the beach and had no choice. 3. No body lotion provided in the room, and none available at the front desk either. We chose this Courtyard over the neighboring Marriott and regretted it. Should’ve stayed at the other exit near Cracker Barrel—or just booked the other Marriott across the way.

The hotel staff and facility were excellent. The property is relatively new. However, it is right next to the interstate. The traffic was louder than expected causing a restless sleep. If you’re a heavy sleeper, I highly recommend. If you’re not, try other Marriott properties nearby.

We stayed here 2 nights. Check in was quick and efficient. Room was excellent, very comfortable with clean bathroom. Minor niggles - could do with more lights in the room. Desk area and seating area was quite dark to read. Unusual feature, provided safe did not work. Would have been nice if it did. I liked the idea of breakfast at courtyard, that was a good deal at booking time. Normally we have breakfast outside a courtyard hotel. Breakfast was well done. Great idea to keep up. I believe this is a newly renovated hotel, so there are a few ideas that are different from other courtyards. Check out was quick. There was a lot to like in this hotel. It is close to the freeway, but traffic noise did not bother us.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and access from the highway was perfect for a mid travel stop. I wish the AC would have cooled the room a bit more but the placement behind the desk I believe makes it difficult for air to circulate efficiently. Both after dinner drinks & breakfast the next morning has very friendly staff and helpful.

Really friendly lady, Mama I think, was their to check us in. Hotel was clean and up to date.

I'd ignore all the bad reviews. Newly renovated, clean, smells great, good vibes. Its one of the better spots if your choosing Marriott. And the Gyms got what you need to get a little pump in.
